Beginner Track: Quantum Artistry

Create quantum-generated visual art using measurement results from a quantum circuit. Build a circuit (e.g., using superposition and simple entanglement) that produces bitstrings, then map those outputs to visual elements like color, shape, size, or position to generate an image, animation, or pattern. Your submission should clearly show the connection between your circuit design and the final visual result, along with your code and a brief explanation.

Advanced Track: Quantum Optimization Arena

Build a quantum or hybrid quantum-classical solution to an optimization problem. Choose a structured problem (e.g., scheduling, portfolio optimization, network optimization), define your objective, and implement a parameterized quantum circuit or hybrid workflow. Experiment with different circuit designs, cost functions, and optimization strategies, and evaluate your results. Submit your code and a clear explanation of your approach, what you tried, and what worked.

Build Your Own: Free Form Challenge

Create an open-ended quantum computing project that demonstrates both creativity and technical understanding. This can include tools, simulations, games, visualizations, or applications that meaningfully use quantum concepts. Your project should be functional, clearly incorporate quantum elements, and communicate the underlying ideas. Submit your code along with a brief explanation of what you built and how quantum computing is used.
